Are all items brand new?
Yes, all items are brand new. Unlike some sellers, all of the items which we sell are brand new. We not sell refurbished stock. All items are brand new in their original packaging.

How long until I receive my purchase?
Once we receive your order, the item is carefully packaged for delivery. It will then usually leave our premises in Manchester within 72 hours of receiving your order. We send all items by next day courier service so you will then receive it in the next 24 hours.

What happens if I receive the item and I don’t like it? Or it is not what I wanted?
SIMPLE….return the item to us within 7 days and we will refund you in full.

Is my purchase covered under a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 12 month warranty on all items, any problems return the item to us.

What happens if I receive the item and the item is damaged? Or it is lost in transit?
We send all items by fully insured courier delivery. If the item is damaged or lost we will replace it free of charge.
